Interior Intensives

Our Interior Intensive Packages are online based packages that are made for the individual who wants a custom and unique design plan but also wants to do the legwork themselves.

You provide us with your general space dimensions and your preferred design style and we get to work creating your floorplan options and material and/or furniture selections.  We present your options mid way through the process and make sure we're on the same page.  We then incorporate any revisions requested and prepare your interior package.  You will receive a floorplan drawing with general dimensions, a coordinating specification package as well as a project moodboard and an optional sample box that can be shipped to your home.  The best part? Full Service Interior Design

Our Full Service Interior Design Packages are aimed towards Custom Home and Renovation Projects.  We provide full Interior Design Drawing Packages (floorplans, RCP, electrical, elevations and millwork drawings) along with our detailed specification packages (materials, fixtures, finishes).  Along with our drawings and specifications, we provide 3D renderings and models to help you visualize your space!

We are alongside you throughout your entire project, from the space planning to start of construction all the way to the final walk through.  We attend key site meetings which helps all trades involved stay on the same page.

Furniture & Styling Packages

Move into a new home and not sure how to make it your own?  Ready for a home refresh and elevated style?  Our furniture and styling packages are the perfect way to complete your space!  We perform a site measure of all the rooms to be furnished and provide detailed space plan drawings with multiple options for furniture selections and layouts.  Upholstered furniture, accent tables, area rugs, art & accessories and everything in-between will be custom curated for your space. Our access to wholesale furniture, fixture and décor suppliers allow us to create unique, custom and complete furniture and styling packages based on your desired style direction.  You'll receive detailed layout drawings and a corresponding specification package for all items in your package.  We provide all fabric, material and finish samples needed to ensure you love all the materials going in your home.   

Consultations

Our consultations give you up to 2 hours in your home to ask any questions you have.  We review any topics you are struggling with and work out a plan together.  We can use this time to source items and materials, come up with a paint colour scheme, review your cabinet shop drawings, or simply explore different layout ideas.  We also give you guidance on trades, suppliers, contractors, etc. After our in home consultation, within 48hrs you will receive a consultation package that includes notes of what we discussed, any trade and supplier recommendation contact info along with a simple visual moodboard.

We also provide hourly consulting services for projects that may need specific ongoing design consultation throughout a project.
