One of my favorite services we offer is Furniture Packages. This is often an add on to our full service renovation or custom home design packages and we get SO excited when we get to be a part of the furnishing selections for your home. The furniture is such a key part of the final design and often times really pulls the design together. Being able to design a home and select finishes while simultaneously selecting the furnishings really does make sure everything is coordinated and works well together.
We are (stilllll) in the early planning stages of my own personal home build, and I’ve started to play around with some different options for our furniture selections and I’m so excited to really dive in and develop our design. Here’s just a little sneak peek of what we have so far and some of the brands we love to source and work with and will be using in our own personal home.
Custom Furniture
We often recommend custom furniture for your main pieces of furniture (sofa or sectional, statement chairs, etc.). Being able to custom select your fabric choices is such a great way to make your home feel unique and tailored to you. Not only can you get the exact fabric look and qualities you need but you can also select the foam style, dimensions and even make design changes. Love a sofa collection but don’t like the legs it comes with? No problem, let’s find a different leg style you love that still works with the sofa!
One of my favorite brands is Ffabb Home, based in North Vancouver. They have the most stunning designs that are unique, timeless, and fun. I’m eyeing so many different pieces for my own home, narrowing it down is going to be tough! My favorite collections are the Mallow and Alloetta - So stunning!
When we put together a furniture package, we like to use a good mix of custom and wholesale items as well as retail items. This always results in a finished design that looks unique and tailored to you while still feeling curated and comfortable and doesn’t break the bank.
