Holiday Gift Guides '23

Happy Holidays!!

I’ve been seeing so many gift guides and thought I would put together a list of my absolute favorite's for you to shop from if you need a few extra ideas this season or have someone a little tough to shop for.

The VLD Favorites

I personally have almost all of these items and absolutely love them. These are such great classic items that will get a ton of use (in my experience!)

I have this in the white version and it’s a gorgeous statement book that looks amazing all on it’s own.

I have this in my own home and have gotten so many compliments on it. It’s the perfect size and looks great on it’s own or with a floral/greenery arrangement

I wear this several times a week and am obssessed. Almost every time I wear this out I get asked where it’s from. It’s the perfect worn/distressed off black color and oversized casual fit. This is the perfect gift in my opinion…who doesn’t love/need a staple sweatshirt?!

I don’t own this (yet 😉) But have had this on my list for several years. It’s definitely a splurge for what it is but it’s such a classic item that would get a ton of wear. This is perfect for the person who has everything and may not spend this amount on a beanie themselves.

This is also on my list. I have several Byredo products and always always get compliments on them. This set definitely gives luxury hotel vibes

I have this combo and use it all the time! The diffuser is small enough that it doesn’t look to bulky on display and the moonbeam scent is such a great subtle scent that’s refreshing and not too in your face like a lot of diffuser scents can be.

I got this the day it came out online and wear it almost daily. It’s the perfect dainty, feminine staple that can be worn on it’s own but also so great layered!

For The Boys

If you’re having trouble buying for the guys in your life, try out some of these classic items that honestly even I would appreciate for myself. I may have gotten my hubs a few items on this list…

I feel like almost anything yeti would be appreciated and I absolutely love this tan color!

I feel like this is such a great stocking stuffer for anyone who enjoys a drink

In my experience 90% of the time, guys wear something very casual. This hoodie is such great quality, will last a long time and I’m loving the chocolate brown. I bought my husband a lululemon hoodie for Christmas probably close to 10 years ago now and he still wears it to this day. Might be time for an upgrade!

For the guy that spends a lot of time working in the garage. My husband is a mechanic and hunter so he spends a good amount of time in the garage and always has a podcast or music on.

I’m loving the retro/classic look of these sneakers for everyday casual wear.

Knives aren’t something I usually like to spend money on but it is important to my husband to have a good set of knives. This set is not only good quality but also looks great, which I can get behind!

For The Littles

I love shopping for my boys Christmas gifts and usually start in October. These are some items we have in mind for all the littles on our list.

This set is so cute and would definitely keep my little guys busy. My boys are 2 and 5 and I can see both of them absolutely loving this

I love the idea of this camera for kids that are a little older. I think capturing Christmas through their eyes with this would be so cute. It’s also something they’ll use for years and years

3/ Beanie

I love this brand for beanies. They have the cutest color's and are such great quality

I have my eye on this for my boys. They both love stories and need some kind of music or white noise on while they fall asleep.

I mean. If I had a daughter this would probably have been the first thing I bought her. I think it’s the cutest little house and I wouldn’t mind seeing this in my living room everyday.

These are so fun and my boys love them. This one is great because you get multiple uses out of it and it’s fun for the kids to hold under the running water and watch the bubbles appear.

This little guy is adorable. I love that it fits in it’s own egg case, I know my youngest would get a kick out of ‘putting his dino to bed’. Definitely picking this up for him.

For the Hostess

Let’s be honest. Hosting is exhausting and expensive. I love getting the host a little something to say thank you and acknowledging the effort that goes into hosting a large event. It can be hard to know what to get so here’s a few ideas that are my go to's.

I feel like a candle is something that most people will use. Stay away from overpowering or very specific scents and get something muted or festive. If you want to get something a little more, adding a candle snuffer makes it a great set and also something that most people will use and I find not a ton of people own.

I feel like Studio Mcgee is a safe bet as she has such a huge following and most people love her décor. This book has debossed font details and a beautiful linen like texture on the cover which makes it a beautiful coffee table book

3/ Champagne or Wine

This one is a no brainer. Unless the hostess doesn’t drink, a bottle of nice wine or champagne is always a great option. Dress it up a little by getting a nice ribbon and tying that around the bottle neck.

A beautiful neutral serving bowl and tea towel is an underrated but great option for someone who hosts a lot or you know appreciates home décor. These are things that I feel you can never have enough of and feels a little more personal.
